This policy explains what information Gemma-4 ("we") collects when you use https://gemma-4.in and how we use it.
1. Information you enter into tools
Most tools run entirely in your web browser — the numbers and text you enter never leave your device. Some tools (for example certain PDF conversions, QR code generation, URL checkers and code formatters) send your input to our server to be processed. These inputs and uploaded files are processed in memory, are not stored, and are deleted as soon as the result is returned.
2. Accounts
If you create an optional account we store your name, email address, a securely hashed password (scrypt), your favourite tools, recent tool history and lists you choose to save. You can export or permanently delete this data at any time from your dashboard.
3. Cookies & local storage
We use one essential cookie to keep you logged in, and your browser's local storage to remember preferences such as dark mode, currency and your checklists.
4. Contact form
Messages you send via the contact form (name, email and message) are stored so we can reply, and deleted when no longer needed.
5. Third-party services
Live exchange rates are fetched from a public exchange-rate API and some OCR language files may load from a CDN. These requests do not include your personal data.
6. Security
All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Passwords are never stored in plain text. Uploaded files are held only in memory during processing.
7. Children
The service is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
8. Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time from your dashboard, or by contacting us at hello@gemma-4.in.
9. Changes
We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest revision.
